The Regional Transit Authority had some challenges with managing bus transfers in downtown Dayton. Kids congregating had been resulting in fights and perceived safety issues. Rain and Associates provided project management of this historical renovation and re-purposing of several historic facades that had been kept in storage. Sometimes deciphering the value of buildings and place are the most important parts of any project. Deciding to remove a non-historic hotel that had been squeezed in between significant building and creating a new transit pavilion helped lead to the success of this $16M project.
