What had been a 350,000 sq ft distribution warehouse was reimagined as a hub for the county employement services and job re-training. Rain and Associates was involved from planning the re-imagined space to managing the RFP process. Dollar for dollar, this was the most cost effective way to gain this much space for the county. Over 35 years later, the building is still humming on all cylinders.
