The redevelopment of the 128,000 sqft former Brooksville Regional hospital into the 60,000 sqft Oaks Towne Centre and the 49,000 sqft Grande ILF. Selective demolition reduced the project by 19,000 sqft which allowed for better repositioning and the creation of first floor storefront architecture. The project sits a 14 acre site and will allow for future outparcel development. Total project cost will be 10 million dollars.
